顧客申請退貨前請先細心閱讀以下退貨條款細則:
窗簾訂製產品
尺寸問題:
情況一,客戶提供尺寸
訂製產品應顧客要求尺寸訂製,如取得貨物後發現窗簾尺寸與窗戶不適合問題,客戶可聯絡我們寄回/ 交回產品付費修改,只限改窄/ 改短而不設退換。
情況二,本店度尺服務提供尺寸
尺寸以訂單記錄為準,如選用我們上門而尺寸不符,我們將免費重新提供指定尺寸有誤的窗簾。請留意,客人請確保本店員工上門度尺時已清楚了解窗簾實際安裝位置,及檢查訂單窗簾尺寸,避免發生於傢俱或風格不符等問題,顧客特訂製產品將不設退換。
色差問題
布類產品因顯示器差異或布匹批次問題,難免存在一定色差,
布類產品因色差問題恕一律不設退換,敬請見諒。
如有顧慮可考慮到門市親身選購,或聯絡我們安排寄布料樣板提供參考。
申請退貨
如顧客因品質問題需要退貨,可連同收據或購買證明通過 support@wellqhome.com 或 Whatsapp 92505750 與我們聯繫。為免產生誤會,請勿未事先要求退貨的情況下寄回貨品。
其他類別退款或換貨
我們會在收到並檢查您的退貨後通知您,並通知您退款是否獲得批准。如果獲得批准,您將通過原始付款方式自動獲得退款。請記住,您的銀行或信用卡公司也可能需要一些時間來處理和郵寄退款。

Customized curtain products
Size question:
Case 1, the customer provides the size
Customized products are customized according to the size of the customer. If the curtain size and the window are not suitable after receiving the goods, the customer can contact us to send/return the product and pay for modification. Only narrower/shorter changes are not allowed.
Case 2, our shop provides measure service
The size is subject to the order record. If you choose our door-to-door but the size does not match, we will re-provide the curtain with the wrong size for free. Please note that customers should ensure that our staff have a clear understanding of the actual installation position of the curtains when they come to measure, and check the size of the order curtains to avoid problems such as furniture or style mismatch. Customer-made products will not be returned or exchanged.
Chromatic aberration
Cloth products will inevitably have certain color differences due to display differences or cloth batch problems.
Cloth products will not be returned or exchanged due to color difference problems, please forgive me.
If you have any concerns, you can consider purchasing in person at the store, or contact us to arrange to send fabric samples for reference.
Application for return
If customers need to return the product due to quality problems, they can contact us via info@niceperfecthouse.com or Whatsapp 92505750 with the receipt or proof of purchase. To avoid misunderstanding, please do not send back the item without first requesting the return.
Other Category Refunds or Exchanges
We will let you know when your return has been received and inspected and if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail your refund.
